I deleted the program and go figure the upper right mouse works fine. I then noticed the upper right mouse menu was doing the same thing-I could not get options to stay. I could not disable it in software-driving me buts. My last resort is to reformat my drive, but would really like to avoid having to do this. Next day installed Logitech Setpoint program, worked fine for a couple of hours and the infamous 'scroll lock on/off came up. installed and run Ad-Aware & Spyboot and then got the following log through hijackthis. I have followed the instructions given to someone who was experiencing the similar issue, i.e.

I have pulled my old lap-top and am using it to get some help:-( I have managed to logg on in the safe mode and am backing up my files. I can not properly shut down my computer and at this point, I can not even load my documents and settings. I've read old threads and believe have the rundll.exe problem. I have had 3h of sleep in the last two days and am at the end of my sanity.
